How do I order?

  1. Pick a design for your family tree and how many generations you’d like to include (only an option for some posters)
  2. Complete your order
  3. Receive a link to an online form where you can enter your family’s names and dates
  4. Once the form has been filled in, your design will be finalised and sent

What if my family tree doesn’t fit a design?

Our out of the box designs follow a standard template. Whilst it’s possible to include multiple children’s names for the newest generation, designs do not include cousins, aunties, uncles and so forth. However, we also work on custom designs and encourage - use our “Contact Us” page to find out more.

Can I cancel/change my order?

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of the order date. Customized items cannot be returned.

Can I return an item?

Our products are customized and cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with your product or if it has broken during delivery, reach out via our “Contact Us” page.
