Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply when you as a customer place an order through Willow. By using the Site, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use the Site.

1. Customers
1.1 The Customer ensures Willow that it is legally permitted to use the Service provided on the Site and takes full responsibility for the use of the Service. The Customer ensures Willow that if the Customer is an individual and not a company, the Customer is not younger than 18 years of age. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.
When the Customer orders a family tree or related products, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that any uploaded or provided information is correct and authorized for use.
2. Modifications
2.1 The User is responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with possible modifications of the Agreement made by Willow. Willow reserves the right to modify this Agreement, charges, fees, and terms at any time. Use of the Service by the User following such notification constitutes the User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of changes as modified.
3. Responsibility of Site Customers and Visitors
3.1 Violation of any articles of this Agreement or other rules will prohibit Users from using the Site.
3.2 Without limiting other remedies, Willow may limit, suspend or terminate our Service, prohibit access to our Site, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep Users off the Site if we believe they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
4. Payment and Fees
4.1 When you as a User order a Product from the Site, you will be charged the current fees. The User must be aware that the fees may differ from time to time. This may depend on Willow's pricing decisions, such as holiday discounts. We may also choose to temporarily change the fees for our products.
4.2 When placing an order on the Site, you are confirming that you are legally entitled to use the payment method tendered and that you are either the cardholder or have the cardholder’s permission to utilize the card for payment.
4.3 Willow reserves the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at our discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
4.4 Unless otherwise stated, all fees and payments are quoted in Euro (€). The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments, and applicable taxes associated with our Site and Products. After receiving your order, you will receive an email confirming the details, description, and price of the Products ordered.
4.5 Payment of the total price must be made in full before the dispatch of your Products.
5. Sales Tax & Customs
5.1 If the Customer is located outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for paying sales tax (as applicable within each jurisdiction). Willow will not be held responsible for any such sales tax. If the Customer is located within the European Union, sales tax is included in the price of the Product.
5.2 Customers outside the European Union may be subjected to paying customs duties (as applicable within each jurisdiction). Willow will not be held responsible for any such duties.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Once you have completed your order, it is not possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change something, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
6.2 Willow will review requests for replacement of Products or refunds within 14 days of the placed order. If a Product is missing, damaged, or subject to error, Willow will replace the erroneous Product with a new Product. To issue a refund for these reasons, please contact hello@willow.com. Refund requests will be processed within five (5) working days. Willow is not responsible for situations where the Customer has provided incorrect information, such as wrong Customer name or address.
6.3 Due to the individualized nature of the Product, there is no right of withdrawal after the order is finalized.
7. Description of Products and Product Design
7.1 Willow always strives to represent each design of our products as accurately as possible. However, the background colors or quality of your materials may differ slightly from what you see when ordering. Willow takes no responsibility for these discrepancies, as they depend on your screen settings or the quality of the materials you provide.
7.2 Willow aims to continuously develop our Products to provide the best design and performance. We reserve the right to amend the specifications, design, price, and packaging of Products without prior notice.
8. Purchase of Products
8.1 Your order represents an offer to purchase a Product which is accepted by us once we have sent you an email order confirmation. Any Product not confirmed in the email does not form part of the contract.
8.2 Willow shall not be liable for any special losses due to specific circumstances of the User and/or Customer, indirect or consequential losses, or wasted expenditure.
8.3 Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they can receive the Products, providing accurate delivery information and a valid phone number and email address.
9. Delivery
9.1 Willow delivers to Customers worldwide. The Customer is responsible for delivery costs. Delivery costs are in addition to the Product price.
9.2 Willow cannot guarantee delivery dates and accepts no responsibility for late deliveries. Delivery estimates provided at the time of placing and confirming orders are subject to change.
10. Release
10.1 You release Willow and its team from claims, demands, and damages arising from disputes or issues related to anticipated collaborations, benefits, or transactions.
11. Personal Data and Cookies
11.1 By approving this Agreement, the Customer accepts the use of cookies on the Site. The Customer agrees that Willow will store and use relevant personal data to deliver the Product.
12. Indemnity
12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Willow harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of this Agreement, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 If a dispute arises between you and Willow, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek resolution. We may consider alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration.
13.2 Contracts for Product purchases through our Site are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be resolved in Swedish courts.
14. General
14.1 This Agreement does not create an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Willow.
14.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

How do I order?
- Pick a design for your family tree and how many generations you’d like to include (only an option for some posters)
- Complete your order
- Receive a link to an online form where you can enter your family’s names and dates
- Once the form has been filled in, your design will be finalised and sent
What if my family tree doesn’t fit a design?
Our out of the box designs follow a standard template. Whilst it’s possible to include multiple children’s names for the newest generation, designs do not include cousins, aunties, uncles and so forth. However, we also work on custom designs and encourage - use our “Contact Us” page to find out more.
Can I cancel/change my order?
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of the order date. Customized items cannot be returned.
Can I return an item?
Our products are customized and cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with your product or if it has broken during delivery, reach out via our “Contact Us” page.
